My stay at this hotel was a complete nightmare. The rooms were absolutely disgusting and unclean. From bedbugs to blood on the toilet and used beds, the whole property desperately needs a fresh update. The condition of the bed, duvet, bathtub, telephone, carpet, and drapes was appalling. We even had issues with being locked out of our room multiple times, and the neighboring rooms were dealing with bed bug problems.
